It's 5am (ish) on Sunday the 5th of November. I'm sitting here at my desk with a cup of tea, listening to the quiet and occasional chirping from the birds. This time of day is just so magical.
I don't really know what the point of this post is, but I just felt like sitting down and writing a little something because I wanted to record this moment. Our wedding is less than a week away now and this time next Sunday we'll be married! It's all feeling pretty surreal.
In some ways the time feels like time has just flown by since we got engaged in Tassie (way back in December 2015!!), but at the same time that really does feel like forever ago and I am just so excited that this day that we've been waiting and planning for for so long is finally almost here!
Most of the planning is done now and my list of "to do's" is filled mainly with smaller details. Tom and I both have the week off and I'm so excited to just enjoy this week together, relaxing and doing my best not to stress about any of the little things!
I'm so excited for the wedding day and all the details, but I'm just reminding myself that the thing I'm most excited for is marrying my best friend :)
Let me know if you have any last minute wedding tips. Everyone says the day goes by in a flash so I want to try and enjoy every moment.
