Hi Friends!
Day 4 of the #StayHomeReady style challenge (see this post for more about it) and today I did the thing I’ve been looking forward to doing since finding out that I was having a girl! Yup - we wore completely matching outfits!! :) I’m that mum :p
Hopefully Ruby likes my style and doesn’t mind wearing the same thing as her mumma because now that I’ve done it once, it is definitely going to be repeated! A bit silly? Yes, but also a lot of fun!
I found this little white quilted jumper in Target and was so excited because it is exactly the same as one of my favourite jumpers that I’ve worn for years (from Dotti).
Her navy tracksuit pants are super cute too (they have lace detailing on the pockets although I don’t think I managed to get a pic of that!) and are from Kmart. I do actually have navy trackies that I considered wearing to be extra matchy-matchy, but figured that was going a bit too far (and the whole point of this challenge is to get out of your trackies and properly dressed anyway) so went with my trusty navy Country Road jeans which are probably my most worn pants.
When Tom took a photo of us this morning he said Ruby needed a headband too but I didn’t want to subject her to that (she’s not really a fan of them!)… I think this matchy enough! haha
I don’t really have much more to say about these outfits so I’ll leave it at that! (Plus I need to make this quick as I think Ruby is about to wake up from her nap!)
