Today I’m sharing my review of an online course I’ve been taking called Your Best Life, created by Kelly Trach (host of one of my favourite podcasts - The Kelly Trach Show!) It’s about a topic I’ve been deep diving into over the past year - the power of mindset in helping to create a life you love.
While I've always been a pretty positive person, like so many people I've often struggled with anxiety, worry and just that general feeling of never being quite good enough. While in some ways perfectionism can be a good thing, driving you to improve and and achieve your goals, that feeling of always questioning yourself is not very pleasant (or healthy)!
This year I've been really focusing on mastering my mindset and thoughts, noticing those negative patterns and working through them... and the results have been pretty incredible I have to say.
