Pink & Denim (again!) #StayHomeReady Style Challenge Day 7

Hi friends!

It’s the seventh and final day of the #StayHomeReady style challenge (see this post if you’ve missed what it’s about) and today I’m back in my trusty combo of blue denim and pink, but today instead of overalls it’s my comfy boyfriend style jeans and a light knit top.

Autumn is upon us and I have to say even though I’m usually such a summer lover I really have been enjoying the cooler days.

Hello!

Day 6 of the #StayHomeReady challenge (see more about it here) and to be honest I didn’t really feel like getting ready today. I would have been quite happy to stay in my trackies!

So it fell to my trusty white shirt to help me look a bit more put together while still staying super comfy.

There’s just something about a classic white shirt isn’t there? It’s so effortless and casual but can make you feel so much more pulled together and stylish!

Hey friends!

Day 5 of the #StayHomeReady Challenge (read more about it here) and I’m back in overalls today because they are my fave way to stay comfy and still feel cute!

I particularly love pairing these blue denim ones with pink as I love the colour combo and it makes me feel so bright and cheery! I don’t currently have a bright pink top in my wardrobe (my preferred “feel good” colour) because I wore my favourite one so much over the years that it had holes in it and had to go, but this pale pink one is doing the trick for now … and luckily my cute little sidekick can be in bright pink instead!

Hi Friends!

Day 4 of the #StayHomeReady style challenge (see this post for more about it) and today I did the thing I’ve been looking forward to doing since finding out that I was having a girl! Yup - we wore completely matching outfits!! :) I’m that mum :p

Hopefully Ruby likes my style and doesn’t mind wearing the same thing as her mumma because now that I’ve done it once, it is definitely going to be repeated! A bit silly? Yes, but also a lot of fun!
