Hello Hello!

It has been weeks and weeks since my last post and I have been seriously missing blogging, but life with a newborn can get a little crazy (in a wonderfully chaotic and magical way!) so there hasn’t been a lot of time to sit and tap away at my laptop unfortunately!

Soaking up all the time with her as well as snatching short stretches of sleep whenever possible has been taking precedence the past few weeks, but tonight Ruby’s asleep a bit earlier and I’m feeling pretty good so I figured I may as well take just a little time to share these outfit photos.

Adjusting to life as a mumma has meant a lot of time spent at home, often in my trackies, so I’ve not been wearing the most interesting clothes, but every now and then it’s nice to dress up a little and feel a bit more like myself (wearing jeans now counts as “dressing up” for me lol).

Hello Hello!

Today’s post is a special one as I’m finally sharing the engagement photos I took earlier this year for my best friend Emily and her fiancé Francois!

They’re actually getting married tomorrow in France and I sadly can’t be there with them (due to the fact that my beautiful baby is just 4 weeks old!) but I figured I would celebrate in my own little way by sharing their engagement photos here on the blog! (Luckily they are also going to be having a second wedding in Perth next year which I’ll be able to be part of!!)

Hi there blog friends!!

It’s been two weeks (and a day!) since our beautiful little bubby arrived. Her name is Ruby Allegra and she was clearly very keen to meet us as she made her appearance a few weeks early (at 37 weeks 5 days!)

She was born on Friday the 6th September at 5:13 am. Weighing 2.88kg

Today I’m sharing my very last Pregnancy Vlog! Recapping my third trimester from 28 -37 weeks!

Spoiler alert - I never got to 38 weeks as our little bubby decided to arrive early! She’s actually sleeping in the moses basket beside me as I type this! In this vlog I chat all about how I’ve been feeling, my surprise baby shower (including my reaction and some fun footage from the day!), antenatal classes, decorating the nursery and how I was possibly going to be induced at 39 weeks! Obviously that didn’t end up happening!
